Detailed Description

Base class for global DOF spaces. Provides functions to manipulate global DOFs (the local version being provided by DOFSpace).

The DOFs are organised by increasing geometric entities dimensions: DOFs of vertices, DOFs of edges, DOFs of faces, DOFs of cells.
